The Pollution Control Board, Assam (PCBA) on June 25, 2025, issued a notification regarding Renewal application for Consent to Operate of all the Green Category Industries operating in the State of Assam.
The application for Renewal Consent to Operate of all the Green Category Industries operating in the State of Assam shall be considered henceforth without any documents if the applicants submit self-declaration in the form of Affidavit affirming the following declarations -
• There is no change in production capacity,
• There is no change in raw material consumption,
• There is no change in investment details.
• There is no change in existing pollution control measures.
• We are maintaining the Stipulated Pollution parameters within permissible limits.
